At least AJ Feeley has played in a game. Eddie Moore is ALWAYS injured. I just dont understand Sabans logic. He gets rid of Ed Perry for a rookie snapper. We got rid of Lamar Gordon when we spent a 3rd round pick on him. It just doesnt seem right to just give up on these guys. If we keep giving Eddie Moore chances, why didnt we give them one more chance. We definately did not get enough for what we invested in these players. If we cut feeley and gordon then moore has to go. He has not shown anything more than feeley or gordan.

except that Saban saw Moore alot at Tennessee when they played LSU....he obviously thinks he sees something, but Moore has done nothing but disappoint. He's getting to the point where he gets injured just putting on his uniform before the game

And I thought is was from running out of the tunnel?

moore doesn't have a signing bonus that equals 1.8 million over the next 3 years.

and believe it or not, LBs that are 7th on the depth chart are still more valuable than 3rd string qbs.

Moore hasn't 100% proved he can't play in this league yet. AJ has proved he's no starter.

Theres a big difference between getting injured a lot and just not being able to play at the NFL level. Moore really hasnt stayed healthy long enough to say he just can't play. AJ is worthless, completely, totally and utterly worthless, frankly Im shocked we got anything for him. Gordon is a dud too who cares what that idiot Spielman traded for him?

I dont know what they're paying Eddie, but im guess he won't be here next year... They can't trade him.. Who the f would give anything up for him.

You do have a point about E Perry. Im still trying to figure that one out... Definitely a move that has already backfired on the team. Good long snapper aren't easiest thing to find. Ed was as solid a long snapper as anyone in the league.

O well, no one is perfect.. Go phins..

Is it the tunnels or the wet paper bags that are giving him trouble ?

I think Moore has never been injured when the wind is blowing East.

I'll agree that it is sad to see Saban give up on the players he has let go. Most of the fans and people who belong on this board don't mind and/or hate these players cause they were all part of the Wannstadt/Speilman era. The trade today was mainly about cap relief than anything else. Nick better figure something out quickly, cause if Gus keeps performing horrible and turning the ball over or gets injured, we are done. Sage dosn't have the experience to lead this team, and Lemon isn't worth talking about. If anything, it clearly stats that we are drafting a QB in the first round next year, so say hello to Vince Young.

Because Feeley stood a greater chance of dividing fans & the locker room if things go down hill, like we saw a bit of this past week after our loss to Tampa. Getting rid of Feeley gets rid of a potential distraction.
