Why did we get rid of Wes Welker again?????

I am not trying to be funny here. I really want to know. I mean wasnt Welker pretty awesome for us. Wasnt he always putting in 125% and making some great plays???? Seriously, WTF did we get rid of Welker?????? and to the Pats no less??????

I dont get it????? Its not a negative post, I am asking a serious question.
 
We have our own Wes Welker. Put Bess on that team in the same role = same results. Slot receiver is not the reason we're 0-3.
 
A 2nd and a 5th I believe for our 3rd reciever sounded good at the time.

I quess winning agrees with the guy. He looks awesome now.

THIS is why I didn't want to get rid of Ted Ginn Jr.

I hated that ****ing guy and wanted him gone...never wanted to draft him in the first place...but the very minute we traded fro Brandon Marshall I knew what a REAL genuine threat Ted Ginn could be with Brandon Marshall on the outside.

We didn't get rid of him. The Patriots poison-pilled the contract they gave him as a RFA...
 
Use the search feature for this one. It's been discussed more than anything on here I think, and it's pretty simple: We did not get rid of him.

I'll agree with you about hating the guy and not wanting to draft him but like the Welker/Bess analogy, we have our "burner" with Gates. It's not the players...
