When the media said we would suck last year and this year. Guess what guys, they were right. All of the E-mails sent to writers like Prisco and whoever, is anyone sending them anything eating crow???? Didn't think so. Sorry to bring this up but I hate the all of the threads started about how stupid the media is when they say negative things about the Dolphins only to be right making us fans look even dumber. Mark Schlerth saying we wouldn't win another game all season after the Panthers game isn't looking so far fetched now is it.

It's looking very far fetched actually, we have won a game since then.

I'm not saying that we should think we are going to suck, but we shouldn't get all pissy when the media says we will and post about it like they are stupid. We should just ignore it and stop wasting bandwidth with threads titled, "Prisco Does It Again" and 100 replies about how dumb he is, then he turns out to be right. If it wasn't for those threads I wouldn't be wasting bandwidth with this one.

And on the Scherleth thing. I meant it wasn't so far fetched him saying that becuase we've won one freakin game since he said it. You guys are acting like we've blown his prediction away. I'm well aware of our record as I watch every play of every game every week win or lose. Everybody is entitled to there opinion and when they turn out to be right, they're not idiots.

I can't believe nobody here can understand that I meant it wasn't so far fetched becuase WE HAVE ONLY WON 1 GAME SINCE HE SAID THAT. I didn't say he was right, I just said his prediction isn't looking as ridiculous as many thought it was when he said it. Do you have to break everything down barney style on this board?????
 
Football is a once a week sport. That's the beauty of it. You get to overreact to the previous result and make outlandish statements. I've certainly been guilty of that like everyone else. Then anyone who disagrees with your outlandish statement or knocks your team is an idiot, world class moron.

But for proof of your theory just look at the sigs around here. Many of them have been altered lately. They used to highlight comments from media about how lousy the Dolphins were going to be this season and ridicule those predictions. Lately those sigs have started to disappear for some reason.

And today I switched my Canes avatar to USC, my second favorite team. I guess that proves I know the score of the Ga Tech game.
