First of all, i'm not saying we did wrong in our choice because its simply too early to call but i didn't pay much attention to the college scene last year so i know very little about their raw qualities.

What can we expect from Ronnie over Carnell? I have heard about his hands but so far we don't seem to have utilised this?

I'm not sure who posted it but it was interesting to see Ricky's first 2 games stats as a rookie in comparison to how Ronnie has faired so far.

Also (and slightly OT) but if ronnie continues at his current pace (stats) do you think he'll still be no. 1 going into week 6?

He is huge, fast, blocks well and has great hands.

who cares about the hand.

HANDS ARE NEEDED FOR RECIEVERS.

the RB's primary goal is to run.

cadillac was the better runner at auburn so why the hell didn't we go for him?

I think we should've taken Carnell too. He has the mentality to be great, whereas I'm not sure Ronnie does. Ronnie looks like a deer in the headlights. Carnell looks determined and inspired. And I'm not just talking about how they look on the field -- I'm talking more about their personalities. Same thing that differentiates Michael Irvin from Chris Chambers.

are you kidding? As soon as Ricky comes back he will be our #1 rb. I just hope that we will use Ronnie and Ricky together, but the way Ronnie has been playing there is no way he will start over Ricky.

because ronnie is overall more talented then carnell. Carnell was just better prepared. (lets try to remember ronnie held out for 2 weeks of training camp) Carnell is also in the perfect situation. Carnell is to the bucs, what charlie garner was the to raiders a few years ago. Oh and look at that, Gruden coached them both. Grudens probably extatic that a guy with the same exact play style and capabilities came to him right as garner's career seemed to close. Ronnie brown, wouldn't be getting the same yards in Tampa, the same way Carnell wouldn't be getting his yards here.

Right now Ronnie is blowing, but its still to early to doubt saban.

People really need to watch Ronnie's blocking, it has been great from what I have seen so far. That is hard to do with only being here for a little over a month.

Damn, two NFL games and that makes you guys experts and makes you think Carnell is better than Ronnie....give it time. Is our line as experienced as Tampas???/ NOOOOOO.

how come we didnt hear any of you cadillac lovers until the last two weeks

Second Guessing eh? And it's only week 2......

You'll be kissing Ronnie's *** when he runs for 130 and 2 TD's one week, and so will all these other suddenly "I NEVER LIKED HIM" Ronnie Brown haters....

He did it to piss off some members on here so they'd start a hundred threads all saying the exact same thing. FACT!

That was kinda my take on things aswell. Cadillac seems like the seasoned pro at the moment whereas Ronnie looks like a rookie, i'm wondering if Ricky's decision to return may have ended up having a bad effect on Ronnies game/ confidence
