I came on the board before the season started and told you that you picked up an amazing running back in Ronnie Brown. IMO, he was our 2nd most valuable player in our 13-0 run last year, not behind Caddy, but behind Jason Campbell.

Throughout the season, I have seen all of these threads about how Ronnie was a draft bust. I laughed outloud to myself because I knew those of you who were saying that would eat your words. I told you to be patient. Now yo guys are seeing glimpses of what he is capable of. Ronnie might have been one of the best athletes on our entire team last year, period. His catches everything thrown to him and his awareness on the field combined with his speed makes him a type player you want to build your team around.

Anyway, I couldn't be happier for him and hope that he helps Dolphins get to the Super Bowl.

I'm with you. I think he has the tools to be a league MVP someday.

Only a loud minority of people were calling him a bust after the second game...most of us were preaching patience.

BTW good luck with Georgia and Alabama in a few weeks.

well I always preferred him over caddy becuase of his size and pass catching ability. Heck Gruden said BROWN had the best HANDS IN THE DRAFT with WRS included. He probalby said that so we wouldnt touch caddy hahah

Id like to know which Rb most Tiger fans would rather have on their team.

Well i agree with everything you just said and have always thought since the day we drafted him he was going to prove alot of people wrong. i follow most of his career at AU and hated playing him on the last game of the season every year !!!! but if you wonder why nobody listened to you its probably only because you an AU fan to begin with and had nothing to do with doubting ronnie only doubting the opinion of an AU fan .. and I cant blame em there !!!!!!

ROLL TIDE ROLL !!!!!!!

yeah bro alot of those ppl that called him a bust have dissapeared recently.....during the draft ill admit i was on the cedric benson bandwagon..when we drafted ronnie i was still very happy we got him ,but a litlle dissapointed we didnt get benson...when he struggled the first couple weeks i never called him a bust or any of that cause i saw improvement every week and after the carolina game i was convinced ronnie was the best pick for us and was the best rb in the draft he just adds so much to this team and i belive is our offensive MVP so far...thank god saban got this guy he is gonna be a monster for years to come....

Being a Bama grad myself,I'm glad Ronnie and
Caddy are gone.I love having Ronnie on the Dolphins.
Caddy never did much against the Tide,Ronnie always
hurt us.
ROLL TIDE

Oh yea....Draft Brodie Croyle.

I dont read about "Ronnie lacks Vision" either threads anymore.

He made so many moves and jukes yesterday on two runs in particular one was the delay up the gut where he cuts to the right then back to the left and the other was the handoff at the end where he goes off the RT then jumps farther outside hits the seam and is gone until he runs down the sideline and into traffic but doesnt go out of bounds and keeps the clock moving.

His vision must be repaired....LOL

Thanks

Thanks, I think we will run the table. If we can get some help from Alabama (beating LSU), we will go to the SEC Championship.

You won't beat Bama

I would absolutly love to see brodie croyle line up in a fins uni next year i think we could pick him up in the 3rd possibly second depending on how good of a combine he has and that would allow us to take atleast one good offensive tackle in the draft as well heck maybe even another auburn player they have a great OT i would love to have .:D

ROLL TIDE ROLL

We would have rather had...

If I had to pick, I would have picked Ronnie, but I wouldn't want to be in the position to pick. I loved 'em both. They both did Auburn University proud and I am glad to see them both succeeding. Ronnie's patience and then burst of speed when he is running are part of what makes him so good.
