that we are in the worst possible slot to get a qb? My thinking is as follows. Odds are Cutler is not going to be there at 16 but in all honesty I am begining to think that Croyle at 34 or whatever or next pick is, is just as big of a stretch? If Cutler goes at nine what are the odds that no team takes a qb before the Dolphins pick next? Early word is Croyle is throwing the ball very well in Mobile. I guess we shall see.

that's assuming we like Croyle... Look, word was that Linehan;s system didn't fit for rivers.... so now that he's out... we may look at rivers. Rivers has always been more of an accurate passer.. that's mularkey's style... anyway, point is if Saban, Mueller and Mularkey can't find us a QB in FA or through the draft, then they aren't as good as we thought they were. there are tons of QBs to look at in the mid rounds... besides, QB is one position you can't worry about overpaying for.. just find your guy.
