why do we never seem to answer our qb and wr problem

whether you want to say to
chad had a bad game or the wrs did, I find 1 thing that amazes me:

Every single year we always seem to have questions about our qb play, wrs and ol. Year after year it is always the same questions.
 
because were just "ok" with a 9-7 or 8-8 year, if that? because a afc east champion team is still "rebuilding" when in theory we should have been "retooling" and getting more weapons like a starting wr. instead we have 4 backup wrs and a "red zone" threat that cant make the gameday roster. this draft class is just maddening to me. ya, u adressed the cb position but you dropped the ball on our biggest need, OL and WR. not to mention our qb situation which im not even going to get into.
