Team does not win 10 games, Tony is gone. Even if the team wins 10 games, if Tony keeps saying he does not have an answer for what is going on, he will be gone. On the other hand, even if Tony keeps quite and still wins 10 games, he will probably be gone anyway. That extension money Ross gave him was ' I am really sorry for embarassing you " money anyway.

Id be stunned if Sparano gets fired if the team manages to win 10 games. It's kind of irrelevant though because the chances of the Dolphins finishing 10-4 inspite of Tony's ignorance is slim.
