why would he be fired?! I havent heard any logical explanation of how any of this could be tied to Ireland.

On the other hand I haven't heard one logical explanation how Jeff is still with the Dolphin Organization

There is an argument that can be made that ireland has NEVER drafted ANY player at ANY position who would be a starter for ANY other club in this league.

Pouncey MIGHT be a starter for some teams. Tannehill would be a #2 in most cases. Some teams wouldn't have even drafted him at all.

Our RBs are second-string level. Hartline is not a 1 or 2 for most franchises.

His only real standout success even in free agency has been Wake.

This is in FOUR DRAFTS. He does not deserve a fifth.

Well this year we started 3-0 and everyone was overcome with joy and happiness. It is not his fault injuries happen. Maybe we need better coaching instead of firing the man. He is bringing in talent. I am actually excited on what he does next off season after we win the Superbowl (ok taking it a little far hahaha).

Your hate for Ireland makes you blind. Pouncey is a starter many NFL teams that need a C, Hartline put up #1 numbers last year and can be a Jordy Nelson type player if you have Aaron Rodgers or Drew Breese as QB, Lamar Miller is running behind a poor O-line. Remember Chris Johnson that one year after 2000 rushing yards. He looked horrible.

Free agency... really? Wake, Gibson, Grimes, Keller (but got injured). Come on don't be blind.

with all due respect Ireland was really in charge the last 3 years, the first two are parcels moves... the way i see it is that he's put the fins in a very good position for the next couple of years. and this bull **** thats happening now is not his fault Martin wants to quit and get paid, if he quits there's no money for him... and if were the GM and IF Martin came to me about tthe hazing part i would have told him the same thing... stand up to whom ever it is and punch him... stop being a f'n baby and do something about it...
