Why does PFT always have nothing good to say about the Phins?

Because Mike Florio is a huge WV homer and Pat White fan.

He went out and bought a Dolphins Pat White jersey, has boosted Pat White on the site many times, and has been extremely critical of the way the team handled Pat White and has had absolutely nothing good to say about Miami since then.

I wish I was making that up, but that's the truth.
 
These various "power rankings" are absolutely worthless, but the different websites have to do them, because uneducated fans love them. Having said that, it is indeed ludicrous that the Dolphins are ranked 20th here.

It happens, but this early in the season...I like them looking up...I enjoy the lack of respect. Will be nice to see some have to give praise when they are winning consistently.

Why is Pittsburgh ranked 7 spots in front of Miami then? Miami beat them last year, if just by a god damn inch on a snowy field. Pittsburgh won on a last second kick vs. a team who won 5-6 games last year.

Honestly, how does OUTSIDE ENTITIES affect OUR TEAM on the FIELD on SUNDAY????????????

Well, not to beat a horse here, but as I said, Florio is a WV guy. That's Steelers country.

Could also be why he consistently props the Rooneys up as the greatest human beings on the planet and conveniently ignores the fact that they had ties to gambling for a long time, something that is a big no-no under NFL by-laws.



Of course, who cares? I don't care where the Dolphins are ranked in these silly things. I care about the team's record. But since you guys asked...

I don't care, I'm just making a statement.

Why is Minnesota ranked higher? They beat a 7 win Ram team and were 5-10-1 themselves last year. Seattle at 1 and Denver at 2 I get at least.

And Miami lost its last two games to the Bill and Jets...

Again...stressing about these thing...or even caring about them when they have 0 baring on the season should not matter.
