Never scream at the good players? for example they dorp the ball and he claps and ****,come on ,i said it was ok before but week after week no.

He needs to do it ala Coughlin way he benched burress for 2 drops.

So nick from now on you tell your players you perform or you dont play.

Saban needs to get in mcmicheals face when he doesnt try hes hardest to block, get in chambers face and tell him and mike and everybody else catch the ****ing ball (except hagan) and bench them if they dont play good.

Also chris chambers always looks like he has a magnet for cb to be in his tail,
so nick should tell chris get the **** open, booker does a great job of getting open but drops the ball as well.

Now to olindo mare he needs to tell him in practice your gonna kick 100 field goals today over 50+ (im being serious so it records in muscle memory)
and if he doesnt hit 85 of the 100,hes gonna play sunday until he nails that mark on practice.

And get the offensive line and make them practice boxing moves like moving left to right so they can react quick.

Also each one of them has to against JT,ROTH,CARTER,TRAYLOR,WILKERSON.

Now to pass the o-line test they need to stop each one of them 7 out of 10 times.
Now if they fail to block the last guy and they blocked everybody else, well they have to start all over again,so therefore they get pissed and try hard.
Also this is once a day in practice, cause it will punish the d-line bad.

Now Saban needs to get over excessive with these people make them train all sweating in the sun until they get it right.

Where is paul bear bryant?

Not blowing up at good players is a lot like Dave Wannstedt. Letting everything slide without putting his foot down.

Well, if you've ever read an interview or listened to a press conference you would not be asking this question. Everything about Saban is positive reinforcement, positive motivation to get players to commit to getting things done right. You want him to kick a player when he's down? Not Saban's MO so don't expect it to ever happen.

this is the nfl they get big money checks and cash it and im sure they aint feeling down when they do that cause they go spend big money after the game,so this is the nfl you cant be down the whole damn time wth is that,
and the thing is saban speaks about motivation but these people still dont ****ing learn, get in their ****ing face.

And why does nick scream at backups and not most of the starters?
thats totally wrong a team = 54 players ,not 22 , cause the starters feels they have their job locked up when nick screams at back ups, everybody should be screamed the same, nick is giving the starters the priority to fokk-up in big plays over the poor back-ups trying their hardest and thats not fair at all.

Do you guys really think that yelling at a veteran is going to make a difference. Do you think when Jason Taylor got burt by "senior discount" farve one on one in the backfield having coach chew him out "make the Fing tackle" will make him decide to play better next play?

It is really only effective for the newer players to get things through their head.

Now benching players is a different story. If a player cant perfom, they shouldn't play. The hard part w/that is what happens when the next guy comes in and does even worse? Then you have to put the other guy back out their and they will get an I told you so attitude going on.

In the pros the best thing you can do is support your players and try and put them in the best position possible to make plays. After that it is up to them, if they don't, it doesn't matter how good a coach you are.

I think yesterdays game especially has to be on the players head. They had the game. It was the only game we were winning going into the half and we let it slide.

Hmmm... you dont scream at a peyton manning, brady, favre,(JT,ZACK,CARTER,)because theyre great players and proven year after year and they know what theyre doing and they know what they did wrong.

With the exception of those 3 and the rookies, everybody needs to be screamed at including daunte.

Where is paul bear bryant?

These are professional athletes, not a high school JV team. Where is the self-esteem, the inner pride of wanting to do your best all the time ?

If it takes shouting on the part of Saban to be disciplined and perform at your highest level, that would be an artificial way of motivation.

This is the way you find out who has it and who doesn't...its inside each player. Under a whip, everyone will perform, but for how long.

Saban needs to start building HIS team, HIS way. I see no other way.

It may take longer than most of us are (patiently) willing to wait, but it will come.
