He had to be ready to make a decision prior to this game you would think because in my eyes it wouldn't matter if we blew the team out today the season was a mess and change was needed. What the hell could he be waiting for?

I'm not a fan of Assmando's brilliant writing or the content of his brilliant articles and columns.
Ross needs to make some changes now, just to give the fans a little hope. No need to rush into hiring a new VP just yet. However when we have seen the failures of the current group, we all know that there is no need to keep them around any longer.
