In the first half Ronnie was our only source of offense. On the drive where Culpepper got picked ronnie brown had a run of 10 yards on third and short and then another run of 15 yards on another third and short. We were moving down the field by pounding the ball and it was working. But once we get inside the redzone we resort back to stupid playcalling. First a throw by culpepper incomplete, then the int. WHY DONT WE GIVE RONNIE THE BALL!!!
This is the same problem as last year when Frerotte threw that int against the falcons inside the five when we should have punded the ball. Then in the second half down only 3-0 we nearly ompletely abandon the running game.!?!?! Ronnie Brown finished with only 15 carries for 70 yards, a 4.7 avg!
If we had continued to run would we have won this game? How many of you would like to see Ronnie get 25-30 carries a game? We did draft him with the SECOND OVERALL PICK remember. This to me seems just like a rerun of last seson. WE NEED TO RUN THE BALL WITH RONNIE BROWN!

Finally an intelligent post. Remember the Ricky days where he got the rock 25 times a game. We always won those games. Thats both games this season where the running game is non-existant in the second half and we got killed both times. GIVE RONNIE THE BALL!

It's simple and it's something Bills fans warned us about but we were not listening...

Mike Mularkey abandons the run far too quickly and he falls in love with gadgets as opposed to sticking with fundemental football.

thank you for stating something that is wise.....i want that running game before i want a passing game. Its a lil harder to turnover the ball that way.

I agree we need more play action passes. I think I saw one today when Culpepper was in the shotgun. Ronnie was doing great and we should of kept pounding the Bills with the running game.

It is called our offensive coordinater sucks. He calls to many short passes. Its the new dink and dunk offense that likes to punt alot.:dolphins:

play action can be a dink and dunk if you set up screens....but i guess Mularkey doesnt like that -_-
