He had amazing burst and breaks tackle. I believe in the first half if we would of ran the ball more the outcome would of been different. just my 2 cents

Probably because we always have to fight 3rd and long due to dumb penalties.

brown didn't touch the ball much even before the 17-0 score. bad gameplan

I agree. We didnt control the pace

We had to score points quickly, the bills were putting 8 and 9 in the box, and every other play was 3rd and long.

You can not win in the NFL by just running one back 40 times a game. Ask Ricky and Caddy. The defense was stacked with 8 guys in the box and 10 within 5 yards of los. The Bills defensive gameplan was to shut out Ronnie and make Gus beat them. Right gameplan for them, if I was facing the Dolphins today I would have done exactly the same thing. Ronnie is talented enough to still have a good day. But if Marino couldn't carry us to a Superbowl with an unbalanced offense, don't you think that would be a lot to ask of a rookie running back? This team is still a work in progress. I saw improvements today and next week the addition of Ricky will bring a whole new dimension. But there is still a lot of work to do. Discipline to limit penalties and turnovers can be accomplished soon. A better secondary, offensive line and QB will come next year. We finished the first 4 weeks with a lot of promise a .500 record and Ricky on his way back. I am enjoying this return to the rightfull place of the Dolphins franchise at the top of the conference. It can't happen fast enough for any of us, but it WILL happen.

How ironic. Just two years ago everyone wanted us not to rely on the run as much and start passing it... :shakeno:

when you're facing a top 5 passing defense and the worst rushing defense....well you figure out which makes more sense

So he still played well, I would rather have him have run 5 times for 200 yards than have him run 50 times for 115 and then he would get burned out by next week.

He didn't ask, "why didn't we run Brown more?" the question was, "Why don't we run RB more?". That infers the games that he has already played. Not just this one game.

McGahee got the attempts Brown should of had. Saban blew that one and therefore one factor in winning a game on the road, especially against someone in our division. We will lose more often then not if this trend continues.
