Why even Meet with Flynn?

Absolutely PATHETIC ORGANIZATION! I cant say I'm surprised, everything I remember from the glory days
at the Orange Bowl is gone. This organization has sucked since Shula retired!! Now it's at the ALL-TIME LOW POINT!
JEFF IRELAND IS A JOKE!!! ROSS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST OWNER IN THE NFL!!

couple things here hayden.

first, nowhere in that article does it say anything about Philbin being sold on him.

2nd, mando doesnt know squat. Who are these people he was talking to? None of them in Miami FO. None!!!

These people are selling you misery! The FO is not telling the media anything. Thats why you are hearing snipits from other sources aside from south florida.

Did anyone notice from yesterday to today that nothing was being reported on flynn of significance other than we low-balled them. Why did we low-ball them????????

think for just a second now outside of one Armando Sachicha.

We low-balled him, cus we have Matt Moore at 2.5 mil. We think he can do the job. Because of this, I dont expect Smith to sign here either. I expect every FA wants to visit Miami first because they play this game with us. Thats why the FO shuts its doors to the media. The media only wants to spread the bad stuff.

We simply didnt want to spend all that money on Flynn. Thats it. end of story.

Wut? He got like 10 million guaranteed over 3 years.

Are you ok with with yet another rebuild when the first rebuild wasnt even complete? Are you ok with rebuilding now going on 9 years starting in 2003?

I thought everyone was in "trust Philbin" mode---what happened to that? They knew what Flynn was worth, they worked with him in GB. They did not want him at that price so now we move on.

So people being upset after still having a depleted roster after 4 previous years of rebuilding and starting on another rebuild, is just venomous bias and not warranted?

You are ok with rebuilding yet again...going on 9 years of rebuilding starting in 2003?

must be RG3, so where were all the "sell the farm" people when the trade could have been made? It wouldnt have mattered, they would say Ireland sucks cus he sold the farm.

NO I'm not okay with rebuilding, i'm still upset we canned Sparano, because I saw this coming a mile away. We have a talented roster, unfortunately new coach needs new guys.

Plus why are you all so sure Flynn would've been the answer, he played 2 games in one of the most efficent explosive offenses in the NFL, against 2 weak defenses, the Pats, and the Lions. He was not a great passer in College, and he lacks arm strength. We should draft a QB, and ride with moore, instead of waste money on yet another free agent QB (AJ Feely ring a bell?

That changed when we didnt sign the "2nd best" qb available...again most of these same ones complaining about this would be screaming for everyones head by week 2 if Flynn went out there and threw 5 picks and 0 tds...pointless

he got 26 mil over 3 years 10 mil gauranteed. that gauranteed means money in bank today.
