This is absolutely ridculous. I've been coming in here since 2001 and I never remember the boards being like this. We win one game, we're making the playoffs and possibly competeing for a Super Bowl birth. We lose the next game and we're 4-12 again. Gimme a freakin break guys. The Patriots looked bad today in their loss and the Bills looked hpathetic as well not to mention Denver bounced back and the Jets looked horrible last week. I can understand folks making predictions and having opinions but on this board they change like they weather in New England. This is one loss as with last week being one win. I'm not saying be homers and look at the Dolphins through aqua colored glasses but let's stop jumping from one extreme to another. Here is the TRUTH about today's game:

Run defense looked bad in the first half but look great in the second
Frerrotte played OK, still the best QB on the roster hands down
Are great skill players need to fight for the ball
Chambers needs to start doing more than just "Drawing flags"
Defensive backs need to be more agressive
Hats off to the defense for not letting the game get out of hand
Offensive line played bad, especially both MacIntosh and Carey
Penalties need tro be cleaned up
All of Ronnie Browns yardage was becuase of Ronnie Brown
Mare still could have made that kick but he panicked
Fielder, although he didn't play, was on the winning end
The team never quit

We will win twice as many games this year as last year. We are not the team that beat Denver nor are we the team that lost to the Jets. We are probably somewhere in between. Coming in hear and reading extremes week after week is making me not want to return. Some of you may not mind that but I like coming here so let's be realistic OK.

FOOTBALL IS NOT ABOUT ONE WEEK TO THE NEXT. It's about an ebtire season.

I agree with your post. People here are not true fans. In fact in the City of Miami there are probably more Dolphin haters than the other way around. Just look at the actual attendance at the games. Look at the posts on these boards.
Bunch of bandwagons is what we have here. Hint as to whom are those type of fans: the extremists posting Ronnie is a bust; Saban should be fired; Frerotte looked terrible; etc.

OH it's unreal. If we beat the Pnathers next week, which nobody believes we can do now but probably thought we could last week, the positive threads will be lining up again.

We have played just as well as the other 3 teams in the AFC East through 2 weeks. Not just this week, as I know that is impossible for many of you guys to understand, but through both.

Thats because we don't have a limit as to how many members are allowed on this site. New folks come in all the time and talk trash.

Even the veterans of the site have bad things to say, but it's their right. We love the Dolphins, and we're a passionate bunch.

I disagree with the "sky is falling" mentality, i downright loathe it. But we have to come to terms with it. People here are insecure about this team.

People also want a "quick fix" to the team. This is going to be a while in coming. If we were only 1 or 2 players away, we would not have picked second in the draft. Have patience and enjoy the ride.

Fan since 1970. I love 'em when they win and love 'em when they lose. New system now, just enjoy watching it grow. Gotta be realistic.
