OK.... I know all you haters out there will disagree... It's like convincing a person to change his/her religion believes. :crazy:Tell me why when Ginn is in the game he always get's double coverage or the coverage slides to his side? When he finally got single coverage last game he had no trouble getting open and made a fine catch (the announcer even mentioned it). Bess last game he missed a high pass by Henne and no one mention it... It could of cost the game but the defense got the ball back. How many fumbles has Ginn made this year compared to Bess (Bess 5 lost fumbles)? I know he's (Ginn) a high pick but why get on his case... Without Ginn on the other side Bess would recieve double coverage and never get open. If we ever get another person on the other side that is as talented as Ginn and/or tight end, then Ginn would see alot more wide open balls thrown to him. If Randy Moss ever got hurt Welker would start getting double coverage. You would see different numbers from Welker. If we ever traded our recievers Ginn would be the most Valuable followed by Camarillo, Hartline, Bess and then Turner. Some would disagree with the order but they would be talking from their heart and not brain.

If Ginn catches that pass from Pennington against the Colts, we win that game. He didn't even need to catch the pass against the Saints. If he just didn't bobble the damn thing into Darren Sharper's hands, I'd be fine. He drops passes in big moments. He's the anti-clutch.

Two words.... Ginn sucks.

he has disappointed us many times but ginn doesnt suck.. he's inconsistent and not dominate. He contributes for us on special teams and his success there usually helps him in the receiving game. He is playing better

i think its pretty obvious why we hate him. He drops balls that are easy to catch.

How can you gin lovers like this?

Two reasons:

The Indy game and the New Orleans game.

He pretty much single handedly ruined the perfect season for us!

I think Ginn is hated a lot because of the expectations. He was considered the 26th best prospect when drafted, and was drafted 9th overall. Most fans wanted a certain QB *cough* Quinn *cough*, and still resent him to this day because it was about as big of a reach as DHB was a reach this year.

Other reasons include the fact that he is a terrible route runner, has pretty horrible hands, is a soft WR in general, and hasn't contributed half of what he did last season (he was actually productive last year).

Obviously, Ginn's ability to catch was better when Pennington's noodle arm was throwing the ball. All I can conclude is that Henne's arm is a bit too much for Ginn. He's fast, but his inability to catch a lazer throw by Henne may get him cut after the season ends.

My personal reasons for disliking the player Ted Ginn (don't hate the guy) is because guys like Darrelle Revis and Patrick Willis were drafted very soon after. That's more of the old front office reaching for a player who should've been a 2nd round talent than anything. I've said this for a while, people had it out to get him from the beginning, and rightfully so. Things didn't work out. I have a feeling he can become a solid #2 option for a team next season, for a team that has a QB with a weaker arm such as San Francisco.

Hate to tell you this, but he's dropped more passes while being single covered than he has while double covered.

Where have you been all season?

I don't hate Ginn for sucking. I hate Cam and Randy for drafting such a useless player with such a high pick.

His best isn't good enough. He sucks.

Why not?

High investment, low return. Everyone said this year was his breakout year.

Well, it's not.

All his questionable traits have not been fixed, and, he's developed a case of the stone hands in critical situations.

He's James Jett, really.

hes just not what hes expected to be. I tried to support the kid. I said giver him time to develop and hed be fine. Cam cam was right about one thing i get excited everytime he touches the ball, wondering if hell drop it.
