I know why chat is disabled but why am I not allowed to use the VIP Forum now??
Why have I lost full access to VIP??

Daytona elevated your thread. Admin will look into it and see what is going on. As for PMs see if you need to delete some things. Sometimes you have to delete messages or the person you are sending them to might need to delete some things as well.
Because your VIP expired, your inbox max went down to the level of non-VIP (50 messages total). If you join VIP, you'll still have access to old messages. If not, you can delete messages to get you under the limit, or I can do it for you. Let me know if you want me to clear it out.
