Why I think we win...

Turnovers. We're one of the best (+7) and they're one of the worst (-9).

Running game. R&R vs. one of the worst rush defenses.

Porter. A pass rusher at the top of his game vs. rookie Clady. Cutler gets the ball out fast but if/when he doesn't, he's going to pay. Might be a fumble in there somewhere.



I look for a turnover or two to get us an early lead, followed by a ball-control, pound-the-rock offense starring Ronnie that just eats up the clock. Marshall has a big game, but the Broncos run out of time and can't overcome the turnovers.

My bit of opFinism for the day. Fins win 31-21. :hi5:

I can't argue with you. When you take into consideration each teams' strengths and weaknesses, I think we have the edge.

I disagree. A lot of the "experts" are picking us to win this game.

It's sort of weird regarding the experts...

The first set of picks on ESPN (out Thursday) had basically everyone picking the Broncos, except for Schlereth.

Then ESPN's other set of experts (from Sunday Countdown, out today) had everyone except for Mort picking the Phins. Mort is the only expert belonging to both groups.

So there are a lot of experts that *are* picking for us now, but it was the second wave of picks this week. The first wave of picks started out vehemently pro-Denver.

It is weird. As tough as it is to win in Denver, I'm surprised that anyone is picking us.

I still like our chances, though.

i am officially o'fer the season in picking wins and losses so I don't want to jinx them. A liitle more of what we had last week with a better run game would give us a great opportunity.
