Why is C. Wake not playing more??

I live out in LA, can not follow Dolphins as close. Why is Wake not playing more??
Is he having bad practice thus falling out of coaches favorite?
can anyone shed some light on the subject.
 
I think it's all because we have JP and JT but Wake should be playing more on passing downs.

We our all in the dark on this one.

That brings me to my second point.
Why the S FL medias all turn into lap dogs as of late. That is a legit question needs to be asked.

Also, Ginn finally spoke out on Wednesday, he said he understand this and that and knows he need to do this and that in the future....blah, blah, blah...
Why no media gave him a follow up question, like "then..why the hell did you always running out of bound and avoiding hit, did you not understand that before"
 
I agree I want to see more of this guy he plays like a madman out there
 
I am completely baffled on why Wake is not seeing more time. He looked great against Buffalo when JP ws out. Porter is still limited and so is Wake. I don't get it.
 
I don't agree with it either...but you have two all-pros ahead of him in Taylor and Porter. They are aging and not producing as much as they did in the past, but Wake will have a hard time getting playing time as long as they are here. He is hopefully the future...but we will just have to wait for now.
 
I'm guessing they know JP and JT are basically done, so they are using them as much as possible to get one last decent year out of them.

That probably isn't going as planned though..

imo from what was said in training camp he is very very fast and cantsee why he cant play ilb he could stay up with the TEs in this league and im sure he has the size to play the ilb spot imo i would like to see porter taylor and wake in there at te same time and see what happens :hump::chuckle:
 
Wake came off the end and JT was roving around and coming inside a few times. Crowder has done more blitzing and sometimes get's pressure. But when JT comes inside he gets pressure. maybe with Crowder out there will be sets like that

Our D has been too vanilla,
Our D coordinator may be too "thinking inside the box". So far I have not seen any exotic blitzing package or utilized all JT, JP and CW on passing downs.
 
The one game where Wake really got significant playing time, he had something like 3 and a half sacks. It's just ridiculous that we aren't using a guy like that more to really bring pressure when its needed. JT and JP can only do so much in that regard, while Wake has a set of skills at his age that the other two just don't have.
 
i agree C. Wake needs to get playing time everytime he is in there he seems to be getting pressure on the QB

thats exactly what jt & jp said in a interview said that wake had very good skills alot like they did when they were younger :hump:
