I see a lot of blame going around for this teams 0-3 start, sparano, ireland, henne, ross, the defense, and rightfully so, but I don't see anybody blaming daboll for his conservative-henningish playcalling, especially his abysmal conservative approach in the redzone look at the scoreboard for proof the last 2 games, 16 & 13pts. Salguero mentioned an interesting stat, of the 41 redzone touchdowns scored sunday, 27 of them came on a pass play, that's 65%. Teams are getting in the redzone and getting into 5 wr sets and creating mismatches and getting in the endzone, hell look at buffalo that's all they do now is lineup in 5 WR sets and sling it all game, especially in the redzone, when u get into a 5wr set your bound to get somebody open especially in the redzone, a LB or safety is going to have to cover a WR and it will cause a mismatch, i thought thats what reggie bush was for? line him up in a slot and make a LB cover him! but our new "explosive" offense has not figured that out yet.

Even when were not in the redzone we continue to run a bland conservative offense, 1st down run, 2nd down run, 3rd down pass, no 5wr sets, no reverses, no bush in the slot, no empty sets for a few plays in a row, and when we are in shotgun we have double TE's, is this the explosive offense we were waiting for?

Now to the redzone problems, hell you could make an argument we should be 2-1! Against NE after marshall makes that circus catch were on the 12 yrd line or so and what do we do? instead of getting in shotgun and getting aggressive we run 1st down bush up the gut, then 2nd down and 3rd down were forced to throw and NE knows it. Then when we need to run it on 4th and goal only needing to get an inch we throw a fade to hartline! really? What about the texans game, there were several times when we were roughly on the 10-15 yrd line and we open up 1st down with another run instead of staying aggressive and throwing the football. Now look at yesterdays game on our second redzone possession, 1st down run to thomas, 2nd down pass batted down, 3rd down sack, and this one was the biggie, ball on the 23 yrd line 3mins left with a chance to go for the kill and go up 20-10 and essentially end the ball game and get our first win what do we do? 1st down run over the RG, 2nd down run over the RG, 3rd down incomplete pass!!! kick the FG go up 16-10 and mcooy drives down and goes up 17-16, so once again we play "not to lose" instead of play to win! we have had several opportunities in these games to put it in the endzone but we stay conservative! i see no difference in daboll and henning and daboll should be held accountable as well!

There has been some very bad play calls, but also some very good ones as well.... The offense has had horrible starting field posistion and you have to give it up to Dabbol for what he has done with this offense in so little time..

13pts and 16pts dont win fball games in the NFL, kicking FG's dont win fball games in the NFL, when we get in the redzone we need to get aggressive and not get conservative and run the ball from 10-15yrds out, i think daboll's playcalling has been mediocre at best, look what they're doing up in buffalo, 5wr sets not stop and putting up 30-40pts a game, look at us with our bland conservative playcalling, 13-16pts, that's what u get when u don't attack!

How many coaches do we need to replace before the responsibility comes squarely on the shoulders of the players?

I'm sick of players being out of position and whiffing on tackles. Or receivers dropping passes or not settling into spaces in the defense. Or running backs that go down far to easily.

We need guys to make plays.

Perhaps people are finally seeing that it wasn't all Henning. Sparano is the biggest problem of all.

Well when you replace an OC with one that statistically had a worse offense what do you really expect?
