i hope the players arent. the 49ers are playing solid right now, better than seattle and oakland were playing when they came to town and we were lucky to win both those games.

Maybe the fans are overlooking the next two games but I guarantee the team is not. It is do or die. Sparano will have them prepared and ready to play on Sunday. Trust me.

how were we lucky?

but anyway, we're looking ahead to the Jets game because thats the HUGE game... it all comes down to that, even if we lose a game to the niners or chiefs, we can still win the division if we beat the Jets that last game (as long as NE doesn't run the table)...

1. i believe the fins are practicing all week and im pretty sure they will be preparing for the 49ers not the jets.

2. if the dolphins are a worthy playoff team they should win their next 2 if not then i look forward to next year.

3. if everything plays out the fins vs jets game could be one of the best nfl matchups this year.

This is the kind of thinking that leads to teams overlooking other teams.

The Dolphins won't have that attitude at all. They want to take care of their own business and not rely on someone else to. Do you really think Sparano is telling them "Hey listen guys its' okay if we don't win this one because the Patriots might lose". Hell no he is not saying that and the football teams mentality is to go out and beat the livin' piss out of their NEXT opponent.

Bad post!

Us fans have no effect on the Dolphins and their preperation. I am looking forward to Baltimore at home in 4 weeks, the Dolphins are not. Not really just making my point.

The team will not look past anybody, the way the Niners are playing I'm sure they're poised to rain on our parade.

I don't get it either. All this media attention will surely fire up Singletary and the 49ers as an insult. Even KC.. no team likes to be overlooked. The 49ers could be thinking they've been 2 AFC east teams and they're still getting no respect. Trap game if I've ever hear one.

Our boys better keep it focused. One play at a time. No plays off for anyone.

of course the team wont have that attitude... what kind of thought is that? who wants to rely on someone else? why would sparano say anything like that?

worse post!

im mearly saying, us the FANS know the most important game on the schedule is the game against the Jets... none of these other games matter if we lose that game, so OF COURSE we are going to be focusing on that one more...

You have to take game by game, inch by inch. Once you start looking ahead you lost.

I don't control anything as a fan and I still don't have the "we can lose a game and hope for help" mentality. It sets you up for serious disappointment. The fans are looking forward to a big game that might not exist. The big game is this week for now.

I'll take it a game at a time thanks!

the phins cant look ahead to anyone, they play close conservative games, their margin for error is very small

I doubt that Miami is overlooking the 49ers and at the Jets instead, because these 49ers just beat those Jets.

well im not playing in the game, so i dont know what it means to take it one game at a time when your just a spectator...

i want the dolphins to win every game every season... not just the one in front of them... i guess im just capable of hoping we win more than one game at a time :err:
