Why is everyone so enamored with Brady Quinn Medicine Woman

What has he done at the college level that shows he has intangibles that all winners have. He beat up on weak teams, and never gutted out a win against a quality team. If we draft him all you guys who are in love with him will be the first to jump ship. I don 't think he'll respond at the next level. No trading up, please......................unless it's Calvin Johnson.

Try Calvin JOHNSON.
Right now Brady Quinn would be an upgrade over the broken down, bonehead Culpepper.
If you watched any of the Dolphins games you would see their QB play was the worst in the NFL. Beyond putrid.

Exactly.

Other than Michigan & USC, their schedule is average. Notre Dame IMO plays the equivalent of a middle of the road Big 10 schedule.

Army and Navy might have been challeging decades ago. Occasionaly, BC or Air Force upset the Irish but still...

I said elsewhere that given the right situation and system BQ could be as good as Theisman. Otherwise, we are looking at a carbon copy of Rick Mirer.

Sorry, honest mistake. How is Brady an upgrade ? When he faces an NFL defense IMO he will not do well. I think he'll crack. I've watched him on numerous ocasions. He's good, sure. He doesn't have what it takes to make the transition to great. I've never seen him take a game over at the college level, and all of sudden he'll be able to do it in the pros.

Ya, our qb play sucked but it wasn't the worst in the league.

What did you expect we sent cpep out there not fully recovered, and we were smart enough to bring joey harrington in as our backup plan.

I think it will be a different story this season, as so far I think so does the phins brass, seing as how they haven't let pep go and joey is walking.

There were a handful of teams that had worse qb play than we did.

quinn is a dream that will not be realized. some team will pick him up before we do.

I have lost count how many threads I have read where everybody has an excuse for quinn, this one will be no different. the quinn supporters just have to find the thread first.

ftr.. I am neither totally for or totally against quinn.
