in my opinion frerotte has looked good miami's problem is their crappy o-line, we should still draft a QB with next years first or second but Frerotte proved me wrong these past 2 games I was a big AJ supporter but now i'm willing to see how frerotte does the rest of the way but tim couch, patrick ramsey what is everyone thinking, one guy even mentioned Kordell Stewart
Yeah Frerotte had a really good game week one.
This week he was quite dreadful though.
I mean, his WR'S did drop some nice passes. But you don't throw 23 out of 43 passes incomplete on all dropped passes.
He still is not hitting WR'S in stride even on that first drive. Mcmichaels had to reach behing or slow down to catch it.
The deep pass to Boston really worries me. What was it 45 yards in air? He was running forward had momentum and he was barely able to get it there. He floated it in there. Boston should have made a better attempt though.
IMO this is classiC Frerotte though. There will be alot of excuses for his poor play this year but he is mediocre at best. He has one good game then follows it up with 3 bad games.
But mediocre is good enough IMO with this team. If Chambers can actually catch a ball we might have had a shot yesterday.
Plus that last pass that was INT'D he's gotta do a better job of atleast giving his WR a chance tomake a play.
However, this game was a humbling one. It's like some people were saying, we weren't as good as we played last week just like Denver and the Jets aren't as bad as they played last week.
However with as poorly as we played it is nice to know that we were never out of it till that INT was thrown with like 3 mins left A INT that Jay Fiedler would have been Crucified for mind you:goof:
