Why is it that the Dolphins always seem to forget the University in their own backyard?
The Jets,Bills and Pats all have Former Miami Hurricaines in Key spots and they always bring IT when they play the Dolphins....The Dolphins have 1?????
They never seem to even look at the players from the U?????
 
The best UofM players are usually taken before we pick in the 1st round.
 
i think what counts more is if the guy is from miami.

Not all the canes are from miami theyre from tampa,jaxsonvilla,daytona ETC.

Also all the canes that go leave early in the 1st.

Man i want bunker davis n hes a nole.

Lamar Thomas had a few decent games but we didn't draft him.
 
an excellent point... there have been plenty of talented UMers in rounds 2-5, no doubt... it's ridiculous we don't have more Canes.... or Gators and Noles and Bulls, etc., either..
 
Yeah, I'd rather have had the Michael Irvin variety than the Lamar thomas of U alumni
 
The U produces some of the best talent I have ever seen. Though some of their players carry baggage.

I feel sorry for Dan Morgan. His career maybe over. (Gets a concussion every week)
 
don't forget those great TEs: Bubba Franks, Jeremey Shockey, Kellen Winslow, soon to be Kevin Olsen
 
ever think remember when the cowboys won their super bowls they were the team in league with the most UM players and i believe when the buccs won it they were as well or at least the most from florida we never tap the talent pool from there don shula didnt even i wonder why
