Why Is Osweiler Still In The Game

Dude for the umpteenth time, these folks you talk about never existed. Brock did an excellent job in that first game to get a W, with zero first team snaps after you get a text on the morning of the game to tell you your starting, taking zero sacks. That was a commendable performance and he got a lot of props for that from the sane folks on here. All those folks though knew it wasn't sustainable. Brock is a poor QB, not NFL level, capable of coming in and helping tick things over for a game or two but not someone you can ever rely upon to start 5 games on the trot because your damn starter can't get on the field.

You're saying that no one here was singing BO praises?
He's better than Tannehill etc?
Everyone was evaluating BO as a "poor QB, Not NFL level, etc..."

i dont think anyone has expectations for 3rd stringers but we can see the offense was only slightly less bad with the starters....its gases offensive philosophy that is the issue, i gave gase the benefit of the doubt...but ive seen enough of his offense at this point, its bad with starters, its bad with backups, its bad with practice squad callups...Gase cant blame injuries when his offense struggled to score 20 before injuries and his hand picked backup qb cant throw a ball over 10 yards now...its not like we went from scoring 40 a game to this, Gases offense just sucks

And I still mainatain that, just because Brock is awful doesn't make Tannehill great, those 2 games back to back at NE and Cinci were probably the two worst QB performances I've seen from a Dolphins QB, and that includes the crap we've put up with from Brock.

i thought everyone said osweiler was a better option than tannehill cuz he was cheaper n just as good

I can understand that when you look at say the Rams and KC, but I disagree completely.

What a pile of crap man, lol. Again, where is the correlation, how come Tannehill suddenly got better than plain awful. What did I say ? The two guys are interchangeable they still are, the sad fact for you guys with a hard on for an average (at his best) QB is that he is not miles better than Brock Osweiler.

You can't blame OS for Dolphins personnel decisions or the decision to put him in a game, but once he's in there it's fair to discuss his piss poor atrocious play.
