Why is the Dolphins game not in HD tomorrow?

I was looking on the sunday ticket channels on directv...and the dolphins/jets game is the only one not being offered in HD. Are dolphins games not usually in HD? Does anyone have an answer....?

This is my first year with Sunday Ticket and HD so I'm not sure why all games aren't in HD.
 
Well basically, CBS doesnt have enough HD trucks for all the games.

The $$$$$$$$$$ response was correct cause these trucks cost damn near a million dolars.

That said, I thought CBS was sending it's #1 package for the game, so it probably will be in HD.
 
If it's their national game (and it is) why the hell WOULDN'T it be in HD?

Probably exclusively HD on CBS channel not on sunday ticket!!! Just a guess.
 
I hope its in HD. The whole package with HD for Sunday Ticket is expensive for the average person. I dont want to pump money into something I'm not getting what I want out of it.
 
its always about money people. Always. No matter what situation, its always comes down to money in some way or another.

I don't believe it works that way. Because even watching the game on DirecTV Sunday ticket, it's still the CBS feed. So it would make no sense to keep it "exclusive".

If the game is offered in HD it will be shown on Directv in HD.

That being said, there are a few games everyweek NOT shown in HD due to the reasons stated before. Not enough of the proper equipment.
 
I had the HD sunday ticket package last year. Out of 16 games, I'd say maybe 6-7 dolphins games were in HD. It royally pissed me off. I bitched to directTV and Im getting superfan this year for free, and I see that they still suck. Unless you're lucky (im not) and you get the CBS HD broadcast of the game, you're SOL. Unfortunately, CBS is showing the Titans Jags game in my area, so I'm stuck watching the dolphins in crappy standard TV. Such BS.
 
im not 100% sure but it should be in HD on your local cbs channel...im almost positive its being nationally televised to like 60% of the country...like i live in the NY area and for the Jets and Giants i think the Directv channels are blacked out cuz theyre on channels 2(cbs)and 5(fox) and always in HD...so im pretty sure its in HD on channel 2 for me tommorrow cuz theyre playin the Jets instead of goin to channel 700 somethin to normally watch the dolphins ya know what im sayin?
 
just be glad your gonna see the game at all.


...some of us living in PA aren't going to.

No, the local CBS channel is showing the Titans game as I live 20 minutes from the stadium...
 
are u serious?? thats crazy...its on CBS for me and i live in Jersey
