Why its time to bring the wildcat back!

The reason why we need to bring back the wildcat, because it was so effective last year! the reason why it wasn't effective this year was because our so called head coach, didn't have a back up plan if ronnie went down. He preaches depth but didn't practice it. it wasn't his idea it was lee's. So he creates depth every other where else except the players who run the wildcat, even knowing how injured Ronnie got.

He just was a follower. He picked white to add to the package, but he didn't turn out. they put him in there with no confidence just to save face. our coach is very traditional, slow. he blew it on the draft. in the 2nd and 3rd rounds, which proved costly. parcells is pissed he let him buy way to much groceries. But if you were to see how our oc game plan with penny at the helm plus running the wildcat. we were real good. could you image, instead of white coming in, then henne comes in for pennington, and starts throwing the bomb.

start pennington, bring in henne on mixed plays in the first half, then let henne finish.

and we will be a tuff team to beat. if we could just get over our lame as_ tradtional coach

There are so many things wrong with this post. I don't think we should completely abandon the wildcat though.

I'll file this nonsense under the "WildPat" gonna break out in 09 stuff. Still nonsense...all of it!:facepalm:
 
Are you serious? Pennington days are over. sorry we actually have our QB of the future! I really don't know where to start with the rest..
 
Minimal use of the wildcat only. It takes a lot of time off the clock, but doesn't score a lot of points. When you play high powered offenses it eats the clock up, but limits us in scoring - allowing the other team to out score us.

We say the nature of our future offense after Brown went down. Run the pro offense with a dose of the wild cat once in a while.
 
I know we need Defense..But Imagine if Tebow was picked...It would make you wonder more about the Wildcat..
 
As long as Ronnie is a Miami Dolphin, the wildcat will be a STAPLE of this offense. And it makes sense because he is your most talented player on offense and can do alot with the ball.

I still think we are gonna see some special things in the wildcat with Ronnie, Ricky, White and Cobbs.
 
I'm guessing the originator of this post wanted it to be about the Wildcat.

Keep the wildcat. With a better defense, controlling the clock will work. Running the football makes sense. You have to have a good defense that can disrupt the timing of the passer and receivers. The so-called "high-powered" passing offenses count on buying time for the QB. Miami has to get their defense better at blitzing and covering the WRs.

There were many things about 2009 that didn't make sense for Miami. They should have beaten the Colts on MNF. They had them. But the first play of the game they let Dallas Clark run right through the middle of the defense for a TD. And then the defense folded at the end again and let Manning pass all over them.

Get a better defense for 2010. Keep the wildcat. Do a MUCH better job of getting Pat White involved on the offense.

Mr Virgin Priest, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this forum is now dumber for having read it. -Not one completion.
-Runs like he just kicked a bully and is about to get pounded.
-General deer in headlights at just about all times.

Cant ever remember seeing someone play so badly with no sign of progress do any good down the road.

I can only hope that the hit he took knocked some toughness into him and we see a different White next year, but i sure wouldn't put any money on it.
