I read a lot of people wanting to move up in the draft... If we want to rebuild then we need to move down in the draft and get as many quality picks as we can... your thaughts....

I say stick where we're at, unless a much better offer to move down comes along. I'm only for trading up if a prime player falls to 6-8, or if someone like Posluzny fell to the late 1st/early 2nd(much like Demeco Ryans lasted to the Texans pick last year).

Sadly most folks only think about the 1 guy they want (the cant-miss guy in their mind) however, they dont rationally understand what they are giving up, the impact it has on the rest of the draft, and the rest of the team or the cap issues.

No need to trade up in this draft what-so-ever.

That's why most folks (thankfully) aren't GMs.

i agree theres no need to move up.picking at #9 will give us a great shot at one of the top qbs, brohm,
i also wouldnt mind trading down to around 15-20 and take brennan or use the extra 2nd round pick to take stanton.

Posluzny will be there at the 9 pick because of skepticism on his knee (which is stupid, hes proven hes recovered) and Miami should take him cause it fills a need and he'll be a pro-bowler for sure.
