I have heard people talk about wanting either Gruden or Cowher to be the next head coach, but why has there been no talk of Jeff Fisher? In my opinion, Jeff Fisher is just as good of a coach as either and I believe would be a great fit here. He should be our first priority to go after once Sparano is fired. If we can get a quality head coach like Fisher, I believe that we could become a contender again.

Jeff Fischer is also a mediocre coach who only has 6 winning seasons in 16 years.

I have been saying this for a while, I think if you look up my posts I have been beating that one for a while, and yet still there is this 'love in' for Fisher. . he is not all that. . middle of the road wont win our division or titles.

What we need, amongst other things is a better work ethic. . look at how Shula coached and worked this team, in the heat under the sun in blistering temperatures until they puked but we had a winning formula. . now we practice in a bubble, have no 1pm games and our guys cant cope with the weather or keep up with the opposition in our own house!!!!

Im tired of these old school coaches.....we need a coach from this era of football,to be successful in this era of football

How about a coach that doesn't suck? I am tired of experiments at head coach. Get someone who can coach a team rather than someone that you will have no clue about.

Same can be said for Gruden who many on her want more than Fisher.

Yep. . I posted a while ago that despite Grudens impressive record he punched above his weight. . he looks good but is deceptive. I dont think he would win here in Miami.

Yeah,I understand Sparano was Parcells boy, but for christ sake Tony hadn't ever been an OC in the league. And caoching at New Haven(I didnt even know that college existed) hardly qualifies consideration.

how could he have ever possibly had thought Sparano was fitting for the job?

The same way Cam Cameron thought Ted Ginn jr. was the right pick at no.9

Doesn't he have a mustasche ... need I say more? Really do we need more of that? Cowher 2012!

Isn't New Haven division VII?

compromising photos of parcells ****ing a billygoat... obviously.

The only way that Fisher comes here is only if gets final say on the roster and draft. And what proof do we have that Fisher will be any good at running the draft?

Lets hire a GM and let him hire a coach.

And as far as Gruden and Cowher no coach head in history has ever won super bowls with two different teams. We've already been down that road with Jimmy Johnson and how did that work out?
