http://www.redskins.com/team/cprofile.jsp?id=15156 Why not Al Saunders?This guy wins every where he goes and hes 1 of the best if not the best offensive coach in the NFL.I havent heard anyone mention his name.I would love to have him.Im not sure the Redskins would even let us talk to him but if they did we should go after him.He could be a great head coach IMO and he could run the offense.Like Brian Billick does for Baltimore.We would just need a good defensive coordinator.

I would be happy with him, we need somebody who will bring knowledge about offense here. if he came Mularkey is a goner for sure and that would make us all happy. he should also be able to leave the defensive side of the ball to Dom Capers who is very good at what he does and Mueller could get us the needed talent

he is old and if he was so great he would have been a head coach a long time ago, good OC but not HC material
