Why not Chris Terry at Center?

I was looking at the list of free agents and Im wondering why havent we signed Chris Terry, after reading his info he seems like a pretty solid Center....

Center?? I thought he played Tackle?? According to some ESPN story he was release by the Sehawks do to injuries and off-field problems. Its a shame because apparently the Jacksonville native has some talent. Hw was release Dec. 2004 and nobody has picked him pu so I guess It must be for a reason.

He's good, but he has a lot of baggage. Teams cant handle more then one these type of guys. Some dont want any of these guys at all. I think he is probably being left alone by NFL teams in hopes that he can get straightend out. He was starting in Seattle up until last year.

I can't make up my mind as to whether this is a good idea or a bad idea. We need help along our Oline, there's no doubt about that, and he is good. Still, with all of the problems that he brings with us, do we really need another rehab project?
