Greg Carr, WR, Florida State

Despite being one of the most prolific wide receivers in Florida State history, Greg Carr (for the most part) has flown under the NFL's radar. He is only the second player in Seminole history to rank in the school's top five in receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns; the first was Peter Warrick. To put up numbers that impressive he could not spend any time not being productive. As a freshman in 2005 he caught nine touchdown passes. As a sophomore that number increased to 12. As a junior he led the team with 795 receiving yards and he ended his senior campaign catching 39 passes for 542 yards and four touchdowns.
Carr's reputation for making spectacular catches has actually hurt his stock in the draft. Every highlight reel of Carr's FSU career consists of amazing catch after amazing catch, but scouts are starting to see that he can be much more than that. Carr is a surprisingly good route runner and has more than enough speed to be dangerous after the catch.

Any team in the NFL would like to have a 6-6 wide receiver. One can never go wrong with size and speed when talking about a receiver and if his stock continues to rise, Carr could find himself in the second round. If not, some team will get a steal on the second day.

Yeah, the guy didn't produce like he should have at FSU, but he is 6'6 with a lot of potential.

i wouldnt draft this guy with any picks in the top3 rounds. He is a late round pick... but an possible good one..

Carr has speed and runs good routes? id love talk to the person that evaluated that out of him, and ask him what kinda drugs he was on at that time.

man, I'm a big noles fan, and i love carr.. but he is not fast, he is extremely slow!

i love his height and hsi hands are alright, he's got the chambers effect, stunning catches followed by drops on easy catches...
I'd love him in the 7th round, and he's projected to go Undrafted..

Scouts know about him, but they aren't enticed by him...
Barden has much more upside than Carr, and I'd also take Patrick Turner over Carr too..

I dont think carr can separate from NFL CBs or even LBs.. I'd draft him in the 7th round, but not before unless he dominates his proday

Definately worth a late round pick. He's a big WR, and could be a steal late in the game.
