he can block great, catch great, run great.. it just gives another deminsion.. we have ricky, who can split wide or ronnie can split to the tight end spot or wide. they are both so versatile that it would only increase our chances of winning week in and out.. just use this casey cramer guy as a special teams player.. we really dont need him!
 
come on man... he isnt a year removed from ACL surgery, and you want him to play fullback.. I dont even want him starting until he is 100%
 
Because as a runningback he is a good blocker but at fullback he is nothing special as a blocker.
 
if anything..put ronnie in the slot..but FB? Lol, lets throw him into the grinder! >_<
 
we don't normally use a fullback all that much in our offense. thats why they cut Grigsby in the first place.
 
I think getting both Ronnie and Ricky on the field as much as possible is a good thing, yeah he can line up as fullback and they can get creative in the playbook to account for two running backs on the field. If nothing else a ball fake to Ronnie should serve to hold the defense much better than a ball fake to a guy we just picked up from the garbage bin.

Also Ricky played fullback one year at UT.
 
It's ridiculous that this type of thread somehow finds a way to survive and stay on the front page. I guess it's cause guys like me are responding to this garbage. For this, I apologize.
 
how about we try ronnie as starting rb cause he is clearly better than ricky and if u guys dont agree than u should jump off of a bridge and your a hater

Or maybe youre just a Ronnie homer and you place a ton of emphasis on everything he does well and if he strings several good games together you average it out over a 16 game period and pretend he accomplished such a feat.

Then when he makes a critical error that costs the team in a big way, you choose to completely ignore those aspects and focus only on the things he does well while exaggerating some of those to a degree. Maybe.
 
Ive got a better idea. Why dont we just play Ronnie at QB. Hell, lets just run the spread with him at QB, let him run it, throw it, catch it and everything. He could be like Bugs Bunny for us. Just let him go out there against any 11 that other league teams have to offer and he will bowl over everyone like that clown from the Raiders he did on ONE play. Cause you know he does that EVERY time.

And you know he has to be able to throw it at least as hard as Pennington. Lets just make sure Ronnie touches the ball on every play, cause you know he is by far the best player in the league, hell he can block better than any TE too.

Let's rotate him everywhere. Line him up at RT sometimes just to set up a play in the redzone where he is an elidgable receiver. That will trick em.

Ronnie is the greatest player ever....easy. Hands down. He is already a lock for the HOF. He never does anything wrong at all. Never makes a mistake. Tear down the bronze statue of Marino....make way for Ronnie. Hell, Ronnie could probably blow that statue up like he did that Raiders clown.

Bottom line.......when it comes to all the RBs in the NFL.....Best blocker...Ronnie, Best runner....Ronnie, Best hands....Ronnie. He is the best in the league by far........at EVERYTHING!!!! I bet he even ****s so smooth that he has never had to use toilet paper in his life.


Seriously, Ronnie is a very good football player. But, you homers need to get real sometimes. Just a little....would ya please!
 
Any other bright ideas ?

Let's have Jake Long punt since he has long legs, hell and put him on the kickoff team too since he can break the wedge easily.. Put Sparano as the holder on field goals since he seems calm and collective, and put you in a cheerleader outfit so you can wave pom poms on the sideline (umm, maybe not).. Maybe stick Soliai at guard since he seems to have the body for it. And stick Ginn at corner since he stinks as a #1 WR and played corner in high school

Super bowl here we come !
 
ricky can be a great back up but ronnie is clearly the better runner. he is faster stronger, a better wr, a better blocker but u clowns dont see it cause your caught up in 2002 and u idiots have 2 relize that 2002 was 6 years ago. im not saying that ronnie will have a better season than rickys 2002 season im just saying that right now u have 2 be a idiot 2 compare them cause ronnie is head and shoulders above ricky
 
i hate every 1 from west virgina .they are all a bunch of clowns .that would be the last place in the world i would want 2 be from. i rather live in bratislava than west virgina in the woods. and guess who else is from the corny place west virgina, nick saban himself. im telling u phins fans that absoulty nothing good comes from wv
