eems like using Reggie Bush on the Jet Sweep would put immediate pressure on the edge of the defense due to Reggie's speed as well as open up option in the passing game.

At this point you have to hide Matt Moore's liabilities and find creative ways to take some of the pressure off him.

I'll let the guru's dissect why or why not this would work.

why put bush in a position to help this offense when we can line him up in the backfield and run him straight into the line? we should probably make sure we dont put him in motion out of the backfield and throw it to him over the middle either, or get it to him on screens, or bubble screens. hell while were at we should absolutely make sure he never returns any punts or kickoffs because he cant handle the load. **** we cant use the guy - might as well trade him to the 49ers for a 5th round draft pick that we can use on a corner that blows

R Bush does not play for the Jets.....yet. So why would we have to use a play from the Jets just to use him correctly?

We might as well give up now.

Using Reggie around the edges would be smart and would probably help us win games. Let's not do anything to tarnish perfect record now.

Your avatar is why it probably wouldn't work. Am I correct in thinking that that's Marc Columbo?

Because it would make sense....and if it makes sense, it doesn't happen with the Dophins.

Dude, Don't diss the Avatar. He's the Dolphins Next 1st Round Draft Pick!...:chuckle:

The Dolphins are playing like a bunch of Sock Monkeys, so why not!

I agree works all the time in madden

Only if you are playing the CPU.

I play in online sim leagues. You cannot get R Bush or almost any RB to the outside at will. You will lose a lot of yards like that. I pull the defense tighter by running D Thomas then I try to use R Bush to the outside.

Most of the good players I know that run the ball in madden have a tough inside runner and then a speed outside guy.

But here is the problem with Madden compared to the NFL. In Madden, I can sub Bush in and the other guys does not know it. In our real games, the defenses are calling out who the RB is, and they know that Bush is in the game. That is why our coaches are trying to run Bush between the tackles.

Plus as Mark Higgs told me a couple of years ago, the first welcome to the NFL message a college RB gets is that he is not going to get outside on a NFL defense.
