Why not Zack Miller... Miller should be available for a minimum salary, but is coming off ankle surgery and would give Miami another injury risk at tight end. 29-year-old Miller hasn't received any known interest since being released by Seattle. Jordan and Miller would be pretty good in the red zone...

Cause we have Sims. We are not desperate, we just wanted to keep Clay.

I think if we get Miller its a vetran insurance policy just incase Cameron goes down. ..We can cary 3 TE's, Only if we can get him with a incentive based contract at a minimum.

Since it is a risk, they will probably pass.
Draft another young TE instead.
We have a potential great TE (Cameron), a good one (Simms), and the 2nd year guy who should be making plays this year.

I'd like to see what Housler can do in a new offense but think we should wait till we see how the draft shakes out.

I've always like Miller, especially since he is a fellow ASU grad. If he's recovered from his ankle injury, he's worth a look.

If you add a guy to replace Clay, I think James Casey makes some sense. Wanted him when he became an FA last, offers a similar/less athletic skillset. Could fill that h-back role. Could also just bring back Hoskins and see what he can do.
