i know statistically he didnt do amazing today, but i dont think he did bad either. on the INT his arm got hit, all day he's had no protection, he's had plenty of dropped passes. especially the one by Marshall in the endzone. i dunno why people are all over this suck for luck bandwagon after Henne didnt do bad today. especially with how our O played besides Thomas

Matt Schaub had Andre Johnson drop a pass in a one on one matchup versus Nolan Carroll. Matt Schaub got hit more times than Henne today. Matt Schaub came back and found a way to put another 7 on the board even after all this. Henne choked it up when it came to actually putting points on the board, even though I am sure like nearly every other game in his career we can simply blame this on other people.

It all comes down to scoring. Henne doesn't do that, even when he racks up tons of yards.

This team just doesn't make meaningful plays across the board. 2 easy missed field goal and a TD right in Marshall's hands and we just don;t make those plays, we really haven't in a long time.

How is that Henne's fault?

It looked like Henne was going to run into the endzone for a td on one drive, only to throw it away at the back of the endzone as usual. I don't know if it's the play calls, the receivers' inability to get open, Henne not making good decisions in the redzone, our lack of a bruising runningback around the goal line, or a combination of it all, but Miami blows in the red zone. I cringe everytime I see them get down to around the 10 yard line because it's become routine to see 3 or more head-scratching plays folowed by a not-so-guaranteed Carpenter field goal and fist-pumping action. It's stressful and fans it's hard to be happy to see your team make it that far down the field only to f*** it up at the goal line 9 out of 10 times.

I have not seen many other Henne post other than yours but Ill play along. Henne is much much improved and will make some NFL team a terrific back up one day but he still does not have a nose for a TD and must be too short to see over the line because he had many bat downs today in critical situations. The check downs are pretty much history and he showed heart trying to get the late 1st down but bottom line is he came up short...again. Henne was just part of the problem today...not the only problem.

Miami has so many issues now Henne is an after-thought...When 15 fans show up for the next home game you will see what I mean.

outside of the pass to Bess in the middle of the field and the endzone throw to Marshall, Henne didn't do anything in this game.

Henne still can't execute in the red zone. How in the hell are we supposed to win with a QB that struggles in that portion of the field?

The hate for Henne is because he only does well on Monday night games, he also light up a mediocre at best secondary in NE which proves nothing, when giving a halfway decent secondary a la today vs Houston he accomplished squat.. Yes he has heart but thats about where it stops. All you people that jumped on his bandwagon after week one need to take a hard look at how he performed today and his entire career prior. He can't throw an accurate pass to save his life..

There's Henne hate because the team isn't good. We win games, the hate is less evident. We lose games, he is the worst QB in the NFL. He didn't play horrible, but we don't have a team where he can just play mediocre and expect to get W's. He needs to play lights out every game so we can pray for a win. Just how it works. Henne isn't bad he's just not good enough on this team. Today he was inaccurate enough to hurt us bad.

Henne didn't play reall good today but he played good enough to win. If we can make fgs or catch perfectly thrown touchdown passes. Marshall played good but he was just as responsible for our a couple red zone issues. It is a team game and a better effort all around would have made his effot acceptable and it would have definately looked better stat wise.

I thought Henne did well, considering he got off to a terrible start, felt the heat from the first snap and had several bad drops. Dolphins were moving the football up and down the field . . . 3 redzone drives ended with 2 missed field goals and a dropped pass in the end zone. Then Miami still plays it conservatively because they don't trust their OLine in key situations. Henne had some incredible throws today, that pass to Hartline was something we haven't seen since Marino, and I mean that.

I don't think the Andrew Luck talk is Henne hate, hell I'm all for Andrew Luck as well. Its more about "change" . . . from head coach, to GM, to QB, to defense, etc. Henne didn't have a great game but he wasn't the reason we lost today.
