Well here is some insight as to why Sparano dismissed Maser as our O-line coach.

The firing seemed odd. Sparano didn't give a specific reason for removing Maser and hiring New York Giants assistant offensive line coach Dave DeGuglielmo. But Sparano indicated communication was a significant problem and he didn't want to second-guess his gut.

That's a little snippet. Please visit the link to see the full story.

In general I trust our FO's decisions. I love seeing us move in the right direction and will back whatever is done as long as it helps our Fins move forward.

Apparently Maser got canned because he did too much screaming and not enough teaching. Doesn't anybody else find it odd how good players like Vernon, and Samson regress terribly, and a young pup like Shawn Murphy doesn't even see the field?

I was thinking this exact thing earlier. Lets hope this is the year our OL youngins breakout into Pro Bowl Form. Can you imagine?

Long,___,Satele,Thomas,Carey all in pro Bowl Form? I left the LG empty cause I have no idea if Smiley will be healthy the full season, Maybe Murphy will finally see the field? Or A draft pick from this year.

nothing is done w/o a FO consultation
no mistakes, just refinements:up:
the three move as one in all things football

With a turnaround like the one we had last year, I dont feel the need for Sparano, Parcels and Co to explain any of their decisions to me. They obviously know what they are doing

He said players didn't like and respond how he always yelled and went about his coaching and that he didn't wna look back yrs from now knowing he could have picked up the guy we have now and he didn't meaning the new coach. Players should respond well to his decision to stand up for his players and they should like him more then they already did for showing support.
