Out of position, like always. The dude is garbage as a free safety. Either way though, Carroll should never be on Andre Johnson. Ever.

That could have been Revis, and if you go one on one with AJ, AJ is gonna win that battle more often than not. There should have been safety help and I think there was supposed to be safety help. If Smith is focusing more on Daniels, Davis is out and Will Allen is in the slot . . . you gotta put Nolan Carroll on the boundary. He didn't have horrible coverage, he needed safety help . . . where it was, who knows.

IMO i would have the whole offence cordinators , coaches exc, gone before tomorrow . there was no excuse why wedidnt beat the texans in that game not none what so ever its pitiful how we was coached today. i say tar and feather that peice of **** sparono right along with ireland . because they couldnt coach if there lifes depended on it

Yea it was obvious Johnson was going to dominate Carroll. He is not good. Jones doesn't play over the top, we need Clemons back in there ASAP. He may not be a great FS, but he's an FS nonetheless. Jones is a good SS, but he's doesn't have the sit back and protect deep mentality that is required for an FS. Carroll is obsolete as a DB. Smith should've been on him. Plain and simple. If they decided not to play Smith there they should have doubled Johnson with Jones.

I realize it's not all on Carroll, but it infuriates me that this guy is even still on the team. He gets picked on every single time he enters the game. It's common knowledge that he's hot garbage and opposing teams take advantage of it.

The Johnson TD epitomizes why I don't like Reshad Jones... he always leaves corners out to dry. He did it last week to Vontae on the 46 yard Slater TD, he did it this week to Carroll. Jones is a liability at FS and the sooner Clemons is back, the better off our secondary will be.

People need to stop defending Sean Smith. The guy sucks donkey penis. He can shadow a receiver for a portion of the game and people mistake that "great coverage" but the guy lacks all kinds of intangibles that a good corner has in the NFL. Simply translated, he ****ing sucks! Carroll has no clue what he is doing on the field. That translates into, he ****ing sucks. Jones joins them in the ranks of ****ing sucking.

Will Allen has better coverage skills but he is 4 foot tall and couldn't intercept a ball if it was handed to him. He would drop it. Vontae Davis loves to throw his body at guys and nearly hurt himself on every play. I appreciate the enthusiasm but could you make a play for once. I mean really. You are a first round draft pick with immense potential and I can't remember a significant play you made since maybe a few picks on Brady a year or so ago.

Seriously, this secondary is arguably one of the WORST in the NFL. Half of them don't even know where to line up and need to be corrected half the time by guys who can't make plays themselves. Pathetic.
