98% of kickers are late round picks or undrafted, Hilliard is garbage, Kearse have done nothing in the league and Carroll can't cover.

They still have had solid NFL careers as late round picks. It shows the ability of Ireland to find late round players who can make NFL rosters. Hillard contributed a lot to the Dolphins in his career, which is more than most 6th round picks and I think the Dolphins really wish they didn't try to stash Kearse on the PS.
 
I agree about McNutt. 6'3 215 4.5 40, 1300 Yds and 12 TD's last year. Looks like he could be an interesting selection especially considering he has ties to our coaching staff.
