When he obviously wasnt the rookie that performed the best... Im a dolphin fanatic, but honestly, cadillac did what he had to do to earn those honors...

Because he's my favorite rookie, and it's all a popularity contest anyway.

I will vote for who I think deserves it so I will give it to cadilac even though they had similar games when you take away Cadilacs 1 big run and people should realize that.

Ronnie Brown Has My Vote He Ran Harder Between Tackles caddy only had more yards cause he ripped off a 70 yd run with 1;30 left same #'s until then we played a better defence also.

i watched both games, and cadillac ran harder...the bus offense was centered on him..if u saw that game, u wouldve seen how many big hits was layed on this guy..im happy that ronnie didnt have to endure hits of that magnitude..the bucs will wear williams down early in his career...but he did do the best out of all rookies

i thought crowder did awesome but only came up with 2.5 tackles on the stat sheet..weird

That was always one of the myths about Caddy, that he didn't run hard. He actually has textbook form in levereging his shoulder and popping the defender upon impact. Quite often he's able to remain on his feet and burst upfield as if the contact never happened. He hits the defender high and it doesn't impact Caddy's balance. He'll always get more deep runs than Ronnie. Get used to plenty more of these, "if you take away Caddy's one long run..." Ronnie runs aggressively and always squirms and twists for the extra yard or two, but the contact he initiates is generally low and Ronnie has very little chance to stay on hiis feet.

Speaking of levereging shoulders and popping the defender upon impact, someone needs to ask Champ how he feels after getting popped by Ronnie. Maybe other CB's will think twice about tackling the truck bearing down on them...

why didn't he in college?

maybe people should take away Gus' 1 long throw to Booker for a TD too.

yeah i was just gonna say that, ronnie had more long runs than caddy on less total carries...

but anyway i agree with this post, i actually voted for caddys first game... yes its true i dont know how he blocked, or if he did any of the intangible things in his game, but stats wise he had the best rookie performance of the day...

that's a sucker bet. The bills have to win twice for CW to win while the fins only have to win 1 game for you to win?
