Last night Daunte started almost every drive at or around the 50 and dint score a TD and this is with all the starters. Now Joey comes in and plays just 1 series with the starters, drives them the hole field and scores a TD. Are you sure you still want Daunte to start?

ofcourse im sure i still want daunte to start, daunte played great! what were you watching, yes joey came in and did a good job and scored quickly but dauntes our guy he played amazing completing 14-19 for 130 yards and he did have a td but it was nullified by a pansy opi call on chambers. i cant stress enough how happy i was with dauntes performance he moved great in the pocket and did a overall good job with his mobility knowing when to take off running and when to find the wr.......he made some plays that joey harrington wouldnt have been able to make in paticular the one play when chambers jumped up over gamble to make the grab even though gamble had the edge in position over chambers, it takes a smart play from the qb to put the ball out of reach from the d-back and not a knock on harrington because i loved his performance last night also but daunte is just an overall better qb and thats why we got him, to be our #1 qb when healthy

1st of all PEP looked good & also the 2 QB's weren't playing against the same Defenses. Not to take anything away from Joey, because he's a fantastic back up & could start on a few teams out there. But try & remember the year PEP had a couple of years ago, and just wish for it here....
