MIami leads teh league in pass attempts of 30 yrs or more with 36 I believe or 35. can someone explain to me WHY this i sthe case when we have the worst completion percentage/20+ yard passer in the league?

because Gus is always so damn close to completing those passes that he teases us and the coaching staff. But the problem, very few are completed. 2nd reason, our WR's are not fast enough compared to other WR tandems..

Uh but Frerotte had more completions of over 40 yards this year going into today than Peyton Manning, Matt Hasslebeck, Kerry Collins, Brett Favre, Drew Brees, Steve McNair, Mark Brunell, Aaron Brooks, Kurt Warner, Donovan McNabb, David Carr, Trent Dilfer, Michael Vick, Marc Bulger, Byron Leftwich, Chris Simms, Kyle Orton, Joey Harrington, Kyle Boller, and Brad Johnson, and the same amount as Eli Manning and Jake Plummer.

uh simple. many of those qb's have a completion percentage 234423 times better then miami. that wasnt a very knowledgeable point of view. obvoiusly if gus keeps throwing the ball that deep he is bound to have more then others. reason is b/c othe teams dont give the qb the chance to throw it 40 yrards deep for them to lead the league. they go for high percentage passes with HIGH percentage qb's not for low percentage passes with the LOWEST completion percentage qb in the league. give me 300 attempts and i bet ill have more 40 yard completions then all those othe qb's u named where they prob have what 15? 20? 25? attempts.
