•Mohamed Sanu is making $6.5m per (2015 FA).
•Travis Benjamin is making $6m per (2015 FA).
•Rishard Matthews is making $5m per (2015 FA).
•Edelman, Amendola, and Hogan are all making an annual salary of $4m.
•Cole Beasley and Andrew Hawkins are making $3.4m per.
•Brandon LaFell is making $2.5m per and Ted Ginn Jr. is making $2.1m per.

The question now is are you willing to pay him that much or more just to keep him.

Given his career production to date and age, I will tap out at $7mill. The problem is we don't have a perfect substitute for Stills, plus loosing a 9 touchdown producing player will be tough.

Letting Stills walk would be a HUGE mistake. We're not going to replace his speed and big play ability on this offense just at the snap of a finger. If we have to give him an extra mill or two, get it done. 8 mil a year I could live with. And no...he's NOT a 3rd receiver. He'd be a 2nd on most teams.

6.5 would be a just fine and dandy contract.. FOR US

Stills will want much more.

I think it'll end up being like a 3 yr 22.5 mil. So he has a chance at another prime age to enter FA again

I see him getting something like 4yr/$30-32mil with at least half of it guaranteed.

Honestly, if you let him walk, you create a another huge need on offense that has to be addressed and I don't see Gase letting that happen. I think he pounds the table for him.

How old are those contracts? Inflation.

He's not worth more than that. His touchdowns were scheme driven.

Very vaild point, however he is worth what the market will pay, just like OV for instance.

I think the team that signs him may have a little buyer remorse after based on production vs contract but A team could definitely bite. Im really curious at this point what he gets as the opinions on here span a big range on what type of contract he will ultimately get.

Stills can be replaced! I want to the guy to stay however we can't spend this much on our 3rd receiver! If we can bring back Ginn that would be great! Here another guy who I think would be a good #3 Cordarelle Patterson should be given some consideration! We have other areas to address.

I'm sure that I'm in the minority, but IMO the production of Stills would be harder to replace than the production of Landry. Landry is very good, but basically he's just a slot receiver who makes first downs and occasionally breaks a few for long gains (or TDs). Stills had 9 TDs, and most of them were 25+ yards; those long TD passes are needed to keep the defense honest and helps the running game. With the right playcalling (and an effective o-line), any half-decent slot receiver can move the chains and get yards after the catch. I'd be more willing to overpay Stills than to overpay Landry.

I think Landry brings more to the table than some may realize. His passion is contagious, he leads the NFL in catches, and he is the MAIN part of the youth movement we have needed for years. He is our ODB. It would be very difficult to replace him whereas Stills is an important component but not on the same level as Landry imo. I hope we can keep both.
