EHH. He made 2 of 4 catches or 2 of 3 this year. Sign a speedy guy like Northcutt and draft Cotch in the third or fourth(where he is rated now). With Tolver and Simmons filling our the WR depth chart that ain't so bad. Lots of youth.

Northcutt is also a great return man.

Sorry if I sound cheap, but I am being realistic with this cap that we are going to have.
