Wild Card Watch November 10, 2013

The Ravens are not done yet. They will be a major player for the 6 seed.

Not to mention tie breakers vs browns, colts, bengals, and potentially Chargers. Got a good shot here.

It's always nice when andrew suck shows up to play.

Also the bills are losing to the steelers , 17- 3, 3rd quarter. Always nice to have some breathing room from them since they beat us.

Jags still up by 10 , start of 4th qtr

Packers down to their 3rd qb today. Could spell trouble for the season in cheeseland

Colts drop to 6-3 Bengals drop to 6-4 Titans drop to 4-5 If Denver beats San Diego, then Chargers drop to 4-5 If we win tomorrow, we'll be going into San Diego next week in this position for a wildcard: Wild Card 1) Broncos 7-2 2) Colts 6-3 2) Bengals 6-4 4) Jets 5-4 in the hunt: Dolphins 5-4 Titans 4-5 Chargers 4-5 Browns 4-5 With 2 games to play against the Jets yet, we are in perfect position to take that last Wild Card spot. We have victories against the Bengals and Colts, so if we can find a way to string wins together, may even be possible to steal a higher seed. Its all in our hands... Philbin's job depends on how these players respond throughout the remainder of the season.
The Broncos would be the 1st Wildcard, right.
The Bengals would still lead the AFC North and the Colts lead the AFC South. So basically if the games end now, the Chargers lose and we win we're tied with the Jets for the 2nd Wildcard spot.

yeah my bad. NFL has confusing projections on their website: if you go here http://www.nfl.com/playoffs/playoff-picture you'll see what im talking about.

so we wouldn't be able to catch a higher seed--but we are certainly in play for that last spot..

next 3 weeks are so big for us... Need to pull off wins these next two weeks and head to NY 7-4.... We can do what we did to them last year in NY..

Awesome Thread Bro..

Cincinnati with a miracle hailmary conversion.

****!

I don't think many of you realize how the wild card works after reading some of the posts in this thread.....

We need Cincy to win, not lose; they'll get the division and push Balt out of the wildcard race.

Why did you check off for an Indy loss? You realize they are winning a division right now, right?

Anytime an AFC teams plays the NFC, we should be rooting for the NFC team (or 99% of the time).

Yep. Someone has to win the division. Let the bengals win it and the rest keep losing.
