With the way things are shaping up in the AFC it looks like a 9-7 might be good enough to make the playoffs.Look how many teams have 5 wins in the AFC.Out of the 16 teams in the AFC 14 of them still on the playoff hunt and 7 of them are a game or less away from the top spot of the AFC.Wow,what a NFL season this has been.Go phins!!:goof:

welcome a-board phins2k3 :jumper:

If our 4 wins are ag. Balt or Oak, NE, Buff and the Vikes (since they sux), then 9-7 will cut it. But if we lose to NE and/or Buff, we'll likely end up 7th or 8th seeds.

here's how I see it:
Balt - we'll lose if we keep turning it over - L
SD - Jay w/b rusty or on the bench but we will not lose 2 in a row at home and 5 in a row - toughest game to call - T ;)
Bills - Jay is back and so is our O - W
Chic sucks W
Oak in Miami W
Minn sucks W
NE - too cold L

Wow! we should end up 9-6-1

look at the current standings--if the current division winners win you have two spots left -- lots or teams fighting for those two wild cards -- need at least 10 to get in -- if it's 9 a lot of tie breakers come into play
1. DEN* (6-3)
2. SD (6-3)
3. PIT* (5-3-1)
4. OAK (5-4)
5. TEN* (5-4)
6. NE* (5-4)
7. MIA (5-4)
8. IND (5-4)
9. BUF (5-4)
10. BAL (4-5)
11. KC (4-5)
12. NYJ (4-5)
13. JAC (4-5)
14. CLE (4-5)
15. HOU (2-7)
16. CIN (1-

Not just lucky, REALLY lucky. If you struggle with a team that has lost 7 straight and barely win, Its luck

maybe 11 with the way the playoffs seeds are this year.....but 9-7 will not get us anywhere near the playoffs.
