Not sure if this has been posted yet.

" Miami CB Will Allen deserves a lot of credit for his play and preparation versus the Rams. He made a lot of pre-snap calls and knew what play the Rams were going to run. He always studies a lot of film, and evidently the Rams offense is easy to dissect with basic tendencies and formations."

I read about this somewhere and some quotes from Goodman talking about Will barking out plays during the game. Will Allen is a beast. He is OUTSTANDING in run support as well. Will Allen is way underrated.

No doubt. Has anyone else noticed that its very seldom Will Allen in the area of a big catch? Every big play I can think of this year has been away from Will. And great point about the run support.

Will is good. Goodman is decent most of the time, and Bell is good, but the rest of the secondary are clowns. Another decent safety and corner and we will have a nice pass D.

Andre Goodman is playing at a very high level the past 6 weeks, very high. as well as anyone in the secondary

Maybe he could've told Joey Thomas what he knew.

Yea. He's made some great plays. As a #2 corner, he definitley gets it done. He had a rough start to the year, but he has picked it up. If we can just get a decent #3 corner...

Lehan was either decent or close to it. That was a big loss for us. Not as much as Smiley and Camarillo but, right behind. Its what forced us to put J.Allen and Joey Thomas on the field.

Looks like Will Allen is taking over the job of Zach Thomas in calling out the play that the other team is going to run.

this is the same guy people were bashing earlier in the season SMFH...

he's one of the few pickups from past regimes im glad we have.

Will Allen is definitely one of the most underrated corners in the league. I've been very pleased with Will, Yeremiah and Andre as of late. Goodman has been playing lights out these last few weeks. Hell, I can't complain with our secondary. It seems like it's more coaching then anything. Everyone wants to crucify Jason Allen for his game against the Pats. He was left alone on an island with no safety help. That's not Jason's fault that's just poor coaching.

I want to see this secondary play lights out these last few weeks. I believe they played really well v.s Buffalo earlier. Let's hope we can get some pressure on Edwards/Losman so the secondary doesn't have to cover all day.

I remeber durring the game one play you could hear someone yell play action a few seconds before the play and then the Rams ran playaction...guess it was probably him.

I heard Will Allen calling for the gods then the earth shook, the waters dried, and he came!!!!!!!!!!

Yes lawd!!! He's with us!

I think Will is giving us a career year. I haven't really been sold on him until this year.

Will Allen

I think Will Allen is "OK". I just don't see how anyones #1 CB can be a guy that doesn't get alot of picks. IMO, he is decent to good, but nothing better.

another tidbit they had in the article

Miami's defense did not show many blitzes, but the Dolphins played a lot of zones designed to force the Rams to throw underneath and drive the length of the field. This was a smart game plan because the Rams make too many mistakes to put a long drive together.

interesting... it sucked we didn't get much pressure on the QB but our defense still played well without it...
