Will Allen returns to practice

Let's wait until we hear how he performs, if he actually is a full participant, before we start getting overly enthused. Although I would love to see him healthy and playing at nickle.
 
Been a year since he's played and has been banged up quite a bit.

I always liked Will, but you have to wonder how much he has left in the tank. The fact that this staff hasn't cut him suggests that he can still get it done, but it is a concern.

Sapp is so underrated on this board. Sapp isn't great by any means. But he certainly isn't garbage. He also is much much much better then Allen(during Will's prime) in run support and tackling. and In the slot that is a very good thing to be good at.

Exactly. Will let's everyone catch the ball in front of him....always. If he is in the slot and it's 3rd and 5 or 3rd and 7, that's money for the opposing team all day long. Yea he'll make the tackle (like Channing would eventually), and the guy won't burn him for a 60 yard TD, but it's automatic 1st downs on Will.

Will NEVER gets up in his mans face...I like the guy, but that aspect of his game, along with his injuries suggests that the Fins need to move on.
