will allen signed because hes healthy now!

will allen looked healthy enough the times i saw him in the preseason
yeah he might be like 5 or 10 % healthier now still not justified to cut him
considering you got nolan "folding" carrol And benny "still as a tree" Sapp
guarding welker..

I don't trust these guys making talent observations as they are more likely to
cut somebody because that somebody they didn't draft...:crazy::hump:
 
Isn't there some obscure rule, that since we signed him after week one, we don't have to guarantee his salary?

Where did you read he was cut because he was not healthy?

Tony did not say he was signed because he is healthy, he said he is back and now healthier.

do u? is will allen healthier after 10 days? hes implying that the reason he didnt make the team is because he wasnt healthy. instead of the fact they were playing games and didnt keep the best 53 on the roster and it may have cost them a game. will allen did not make a miraculous recovery in 10 days that suddenly makes him the most deserving of a roster spot over benny sapp. and he played well against dallas. since no injury occurred in that game, injury was not the reason will allen was cut and being suddenly healthy is not the reason he was brought back.

they made a mistake and its a simple as that. that mistake might very well end up costing them their jobs when its all said and done if they miss the playoffs by one game - which is quite possible

and a fitting end i might add for their bumbling ways

tonys said it himself. he talked about it and said at the end of the day they just didnt have enough tape on the guy. which is garbage. said how being injured played a role. because they didnt see enough of him. thats all a joke. they just thought they could get by with sapp. they didnt keep the best 53. the only game that should have mattered was game one. i hope they miss the playoffs by one game and these guys get what they deserve for being idiots and jacking guys around. take ur best 53 dummies. its that simple. worry about week 16 in week 16.

listen im not going to research all this FOR you. go read the articles. go look into it. i dont give a **** what u think. its pretty clear to everyone but u what happened here.

It's possible that Tony Sparano knew that Will Allen was slightly better than Benny Sapp, but cut Will Allen for ego & job security reasons.

After all, if Sparano cut Benny Sapp, it would be another red flag & admission to owner Stephen Ross that Sparano made a bad decision last year trading Greg Camarillo for a total bust.

Will Allen, on the other hand, came over in 2006, before the Sparano era.

So maybe Sparano hoped that he could hide Benny Sapp on the roster. And as long as Benny Sapp didn't get completely destroyed, it would be ok.

But after Benny Sapp got destroyed by Tom Brady in week 1, Tony Sparano could no longer hide his Benny Sapp trade mistake from Stephen Ross. Sparano had to cut him.

I had a feeling they would consider bringing back will allen after week 1 anyway
so they wouldnt have to pay him the 1.5 million guareenteed.
Now they have to pay sapps 1.9 million and will allen lol paying double trying to be cheep..
